Nursing, elderly care, medical assistance
Germany’s IT Ausbildung routes are genuinely technical apprenticeships, not support-desk roles. Competition from local applicants is higher here than in care work, so a demonstrable technical background matters.
This is the most competitive sector we place into, because German school-leavers want these positions too. A profile with no technical evidence behind it is unlikely to get interviews, and we will say so at assessment rather than after you have paid.
We do not publish a figure for this sector, because no primary source reports reliable per-sector apprentice pay. Nationally the statutory minimum is €724 a month in 2026, and the first-year average among collectively bargained employers was €1,117 in 2025.
Which of those you get depends on whether your employer is bound by a collective agreement. We check that and tell you before you sign anything.

A counselling call costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We will tell you plainly whether your profile fits an Ausbildung placement — including if it does not yet.
