Auzubi Global is an Ausbildung consultancy based in Noida. We work with Indian students and working professionals who want paid vocational training in Germany — and we are candid about who that route does not suit.
One route, done thoroughly
We do not sell every visa category going. Ausbildung is the one route we work on, which is why we can tell you what a German employer will make of your marksheets.
Assessment before anything else
We audit your education, age and circumstances against current employer expectations, and say so plainly if the answer is no.
German to the level the sector needs
Structured preparation with mock interviews built from the questions employers in that sector actually ask.
Contract read before you sign it
We check whether your employer is bound by a collective agreement, because that is what decides your monthly pay — and we tell you the figure before you commit.
Direct, not through sub-agents
We place through our own relationships with German employers and vocational schools, coordinated from Noida, so nobody adds a margin between you and the training company.
What we will not tell you
Most complaints about Ausbildung agencies come down to something promised that was never in anyone's power to promise. So here is what you will not hear from us.
That a visa is guaranteed
The decision belongs to the German mission, not to us. We can build a complete, honest file. Nobody can promise the outcome.
That Ausbildung is a route to quick PR
It is a training contract of two to three and a half years. Settlement depends on what you do afterwards and on rules that can change.
That you can skip the German
Training is taught and examined in German, and the vocational school will not adapt to you. Anyone offering a placement without the language is selling you a problem.
That everyone qualifies
Some profiles will not be placed, and we would rather turn you down at assessment than after you have paid and spent a year studying.
